THE GRANTOR, William Ploe, for and in consideration

of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration in
hand paid, conveys and quit claims to THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
a municipal corporation, the following- described real
estate situated in the County of King, State of Washington,
including any interest therein which Grantor may hereafter
acquire:
That certain real estate as delineated in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto, which by this
reference is made a part hereof.

This Deed is given in lieu of condemnation of
said real estate by the City of Tukwila.

On this day personally appeared before me William Ploe,
to me known to be the individual described in and who executed
the within and foregoing instrument and acknowledged that he

EXHIBIT "A"
Parcel A:
Tract 8, Brookvale Garden Tracts, according to plat recorded
in Volume 10 of Plats, page 47, in King County, Washington;
EXCEPT the south 30 feet thereof conveyed to the City of
Seattle by deed recorded under Recording No. 4101554; AND
EXCEPT that portion thereof conveyed to King County for road
by deed recorded under Recording No. 4063864; AND EXCEPT
co that portion thereof lying within a 100 -foot wide strip
conveyed to the State of Washington for highway purposes by
deed recorded under Recording No. 5571095; AND EXCEPT roads;
�t AND EXCEPT that portion thereof, if any, lying north of a

Beginning at the southwest corner of Section 23, Township 23
North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King County, Washington (being
the southwest corner of the plat of Brookvale Garden Tracts,
according to plat recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, page 47,
in King County, Washington); and running thence north
00 41 1 .21" east, along the west line thereof, 328.713 feet'
to the true point of beginning of the line herein described;
thence south 88 16'00" east to the _westerly margin of 53rd
Avenue South and the terminus of said line;
TOGETHER WITH that portion, if any, of Tract 7 of said
Addition lying south of the above described line.

The southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of the south-
east quarter of Section 22, Township 23 North, Range 4 East,
W.M., in King County, Washington; EXCEPT the north, south.,
and east 30 feet thereof for road; AND EXCEPT that portion
thereof conveyed to King County for road purposes by deed
recorded under Recording No. 4063864; AND EXCEPT that portion
thereof conveyed to the State of Washington for highway
purposes by deed recorded under Recording No. 5661903.
TOGETHER WITH rights to the waters of two unnamed springs
as disclosed by instrument recorded under King County
Recording No. 638525, and as contained under State Certificate
issued November 23,. 1962, recorded under King County Recording
No. 5596280.
