for and in consideration

This license is granted under the condition that the license will expire upon
completion of the construction and the property affected will be promptly and
properly returned to a condition equal to its original condition. The Licensee
also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Licensor from any liability, cost or
arising from each and all uses contemplated herein expense
As a further part of the consideration for this license, the Licensor requires
the following Licensee shall exercise all reasonable efforts to avoid interferance
