der at 8 P.M. by Mayor 7alkup, a cluoram being present as
follows: J. S. Storey, e 7. 'Traylor, Eli Thomsen.
The minutes of the last regular and the special meeting
of Jan; 13th were read and approved.
Treasurer's reports for the month and the past year were
read, approved and ordered filed.
Report of "later Supt. for month and for total yearly
transaction red;d, approved and ordered filed.

Councilman T reported that work on the T.P.A. Park
and Street Project was progressing very satisfactorily.
At this point Councilman Duggan arrived.
On motion Saturday, Feb. 8th at 8 P.M. was set as date to
hold caucus for selection of candidates for councilmen in
the spring election.
Motion was made that insurance covering Public Liability
and Property Damages be placed on the dump truck. The
Clerk was instructed to carefully look into the matter of
cost involved, considering the benefits to be received,
and report results to the finance committee before placing
the risk.
Council adjourned at 10:10 P.M.

llpon motion Mayor Walkup was authorized to submit a new
project to the J.P.A. which would complete the improving
of all the streets and build new sidewalks at all necess-
ary points.
