LICENSE TO CONSTRUCT
The Licensor, Southcenter Motor Hotel, Ltd., a limited partnership,
for and in consideration of the sum of One and 00 /100 ($1.00) Dollar
in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant,
sell and convey to the City of Tukwila, Washington, a municipal cor-
poration Licensee, its successors and assigns, access and use for the
construction STREET WIDENING PROJECT, SOUTHCENTER PARKWAY, over,
through, under, across, upon and in the following real property situated
in King County, Washington, to -wit:
The 30 westerly feet that border Southcenter Parkway
of Parcel 2 of Boundary Line Adjustment No. BLA -3 -79
recorded under Recording No. 7904180861, being a
revision of Short Plat No. 77 -51, recorded under
Recording No. 7710130634, records of King County,
Washington.
except and excluding therefrom areas where structures now exist.
This license is granted under the condition that the license will
expire upon completion of the construction, and that the property
affected will be promptly and properly returned to a condition equal
to its original condition. The Licensee also agrees to indemnify and
save harmless the Licensor from any liability arising from the uses
contemplated herein.
