The regular meeting of the Town Council was called to order
by Mayor Walkup with the following councilmen present: J.R.
Naylor, Eli Thomsenn, A. H. TTeer2ink.
The minutes of the last regular meeting were read and app-
roved.
The reports of the Treasurer and the '`later Department were
read and approved.

Motion on Resolution 53 establishing 007 for maintenance and 20
for new construction for gas tax allowance distribution.
