order by Mayor Walkup with the following Councilmen present:
J. S. Storey, Eli Thorsen, A. H. Heemink, D. S. Duggan.
The minutes of the last regular sleeting were read and approved.
The reports of the Treasurer and Water Superinten were read
and approved.
Upon motion the following bills were allowed:

The Clerk was instructed to write Attorney- General on matter of
delinquent water users.
Motion that resolution setting the percentage allotment of moneys
received from state gas tax fund be approved.
Councilmen Thomsen requested that he be relieved from duties of
sponsor's agent. On motion request was granted.
Mayor Walkup gave an interesting talk on the proceedings of the
Convention of the Association of Washington Cities at Wenatchee.
Clerk instructed to write all carriers of newspapers to remove
all paper boxes from within limits of the street line.
Council adjourned at 9:35 P.M.
