The -regular meeting of the Town Council was called to order by
Mayor Walkup with the following Councilmen present: J. Traylor,
Eli Thomsen, A. F. Yeemink, E. S. Duran.

Fr. Joseph Lund appeared before the Council with a re(Luest that
the alley across his property on Tukwila rvenue between 'lraham
and Rainier be vacated. 7:)ori evidence being given that the alley
had never been used by Tukwila, and its future use teng doubt-
ful, motion was made that the alley be vacated. Fayor Thlkup
instructed the Clerk to prepare the necessary resolution for pre-
sentation before the Council on August 3rd.
Clerk was instructed to obtain the necessary amount of poultry
netting needed to finish Park Tennis Court, also glass to replace
windows broken in obrinunity cabin.
'I MP Street rlert. was instructed tr MP pnJ needed repairs to
Fain Street viaduct to )ut it in safe condition.
