The regular meeting of the Town Council was called tc order on the

The minutes of the.last regular meeting were read and approved.
The report of the Street Department was read and approved.
The report of the Treasurer was read and apl'roved.

The clerk was instructed to prepare resolution in the matter of
vacation of alley across P. Burns property.
No protests having been filed against the budget, motion was made
that- it be presented for passage. the Clerk was instructed to
read the budget in full. It was read a second time by title only.
Motion was made that it be placed on its third and final
