to order on the above date by Fayor Walkup, with the following Coun-
cilmen present: J. -I. Haylor", Eli Thomsen, P. 5. Duggan, A. F. i-feemink.
The minutes of the •last regular meeting were read and approved.
The reports of the Water Superintendent for the month of December
and the yearly report for 1f136 were read and approved.
The Treasurer's report for ')Pcember, also the report for October.
which by oversight had been omitted, were read and approved.

A letter from the Association of washington Cities, 'Rad outlin-
ing its accomplishments for the past year and giving its aims for
the future, was read, and the Clerk was instructed to make suitable
reply.
A claim funm D. J. Forrocks for refund of money paid on delinquent
water bill was read and tabled, no action being necessary.
The Clerk was instructed to write the County Commissioners in the
m atter of removing the high rock at the point known as "The suarry"
opposite Second Ave. owing to the meance t• ut f _aff/ c.
