HomeMy WebLinkAbout2025-04-24 - Planning Commission Public Hearing - Multiple Code AmendmentsCITY OF TUKWILA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Tukwila Planning Commission will conduct a virtual and in - person Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m. on April 24, 2025, to solicit public testimony on the following topics associated with Middle Housing Code Updates: Case Number and Purpose: • L25-0030 - Community Residential Rezone Map and Code Amendment • L25-0033 - Title 9 - Vehicles and Traffic - Code Amendment • L25-0031 - Title 17—Subdivisions and Plats - Code Amendment • L25-0032 - Title 18 — Zoning - Code Amendment Location: These proposed amendments will be implemented citywide. More information about the proposed Middle Housing ordinance modifications is available at https://tukwilamiddlehousing.mysocialpinpoint.com/. PUBLIC HEARING LOCATION: The meeting will be conducted at Tukwila City Council Chambers, Tukwila City Hall, 6200 Southcenter Blvd, Tukwila, WA 98188. The public can also participate via Microsoft Teams, at the address listed for the April 24th Planning Commission hearing date at www.TukwilaWA.gov/events. Please contact the City at 2044CompPlan@TukwilaWA.gov by April 18, 2025, if interpretation or translation services are needed for this public hearing. PUBLIC COMMENT: The City encourages you to notify your neighbors and other persons you believe would be affected by the above items. Those wishing to provide public comments may do so by submitting written or verbal comment. • Written comments to be received prior to the hearing must be received by 5:00 PM the day of the Public Hearing.
