The desire is to have 20 stalls. • Verna Seal suggested using LTAC funds ■ Identification of Stakeholders (Status: Pinky/Shawn Update) o Portrait Project Update ■ Photo of Jan Bolerjack (Status: Verna Update): Verna will seek Jan's approval of an existing photo. ■ Gloria Alberto (Status: Staff Update): Artist is still available. ■ Sheila is developing a flyer for the Portrait Project. Will seek TAC input. • New Business o Sheila would like to see more exposure for the Public Art Program in City publications (i.e. The Hazelnut). Staff Reports: • Council Presentation o Art Commission Spring Update: moved to April 14 Community Services & Safety Committee Meeting ■ Who will be attending/presenting?
