The matter of the trees on the Elmer Roberts property was
held aver till the next meeting.
Owing to complaints being made about abandoned wells, the
Clerk was instructed to write the owners of all properties with
such wells to ma e arrangements without delay to have them
covered in a safe manner or filled up. delay
It was the consensus of opinion of the Council that i
Walkup should be reimbursed for at least a part of the expense
involved in ,;etti_ng a reduction in the water rates from the
City of Seattle. With this in view a motion was passed allow-
ing X25.00 to 3 :ayTor `'alkup.
The Clerk was instructed to issue and deliver to T "_r.. 0. Fors
a permit to build concrete s at the front of his property
on Yarren /venue.
