You've probably not -iced that this month's packet is far more substantial than usual and includes many
pages of proposed code amendment text to support the four PC Public Hearings.
The materials provided include the redlines of sections proposed for change, as well as clean copies of
those sections (so that you can read them more easily, if you prefer). The Clerk's Office had asked that
the hearings be conducted on one code Title at a time.
The table below lists the four Public Hearings, the topics addressed, and the code sections proposed for
amendment. Because of the size of Title 18, we have identified the page numbers of the notable
sections in the redline version of Title 18. These are some of the topical areas about which the Planning
Commission had extensive discussion or warrant additional attention.
If you have any questions prior to next Thursday's, meeting please do not hesitate to reach out to staff.
