The regular meeting of the Council of the Town of Tukwila was
called to order by Mayor Walkup in the Town Fall on the above
date, with the following Councilmen present: J. R. Naylor, J.S.
Storey, Eli Thomsen.
On motion the following bills were approved:

A letter from Councilman A. T?. Heemink was read in which he
offered his resignation as Councilman. On motion the Council
voted unanimously to reject the resignation.
A letter fa was received from Francis Cbert, College Place,
Washington, asking that the town place substantial cover on
well on Mr. Obert's property here, at the least possible ex-
pense. The Clerk was instructed to take care of the matter,
and render bill for same.
The Clerk was instructed to again take up the matter of the
drainage on right of way south of Second Ave.
The t;lerk wasinstructed to obtain copies of ordinances from
Association of Washington Cities covering storage of gasoline
in large quantities within the Town limits.
The matter of the tall trees on the Roberts property was again
discudsed but no action taken.
Council adjourned at 9 :15.
