NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council public hearing to be held on Monday,
May 12, 2025 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 6200 Southcenter
Blvd., Tukwila, to discuss the following has BEEN CANCELLED:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, EXTENDING THE TERM OF A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF TUKWILA AND SEGALE PROPERTIES LLC AND ITS
SUCCESSORS FOR THE TUKWILA SOUTH DEVELOPMENT FOR THREE MONTHS;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing on the item
listed below on Monday, May 12, 2025 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the following telephone number
