NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing on the item
listed below on Monday, May 19, 2025, beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Tukwila City Hall Council
Chambers, located at 6200 Southcenter Boulevard, Tukwila, WA. To join the meeting by phone,

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, EXTENDING THE TERM OF A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF TUKWILA AND SEGALE PROPERTIES LLC AND ITS
SUCCESSORS FOR THE TUKWILA SOUTH DEVELOPMENT FOR FIVE MONTHS;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
For those unable to attend the meeting either on-site or remotely, you may submit written
testimony to the City Clerk’s office until 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
