CONTRACT FOR SERVICES
Amendment #1
Between the City of Tukwila and Matthew Goodin (DBA School of Rock)
That portion of Contract No. 25-141 between the City of Tukwila and Matthew Goodin (DBA School
of Rock) is hereby amended as follows:
Section 2:
Section 2 is hereby amended to:
1. Move the original performance date from August 20th, 2025 to August 21St, 2025 with
the same timeframe.
2. Include an additional date and time for a performance of August 8th, 2025 at 7:OOPM
— 8:30PM.
Section 4:
Section 4 is hereby amended to change the start date of the agreement to August 8th, 2025.
Section 5:
Section 5 is hereby amended to reflect a total sum to be paid to not exceed $2,200.
Exhibit A:
Exhibit A is hereby amended as attached.
All other provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect.
