of the Town Council was called to order at :10 by ?'ayor Walkup
with the following Councilmen present: D. S. Duggan, J. '1. 31ay-
lor, and Councilman -elect Eli Thomsen.
Motion was made the Clerk c,uali_fy Mayor 7alkup in his office
for the following two years. Afterward Mayor 7alkup adrni.nis-
tered the oath of Ccunc i Aran to 71i Thomsen.
James Cumming was appointed Clerk temporarily.
The matter of having one man combine the duties of Water and
Street Superintendent was discussed. The Clerk was instructed
to prepare the necessary ordinances or revisions to cover the
case.
Council adjourned at 10 P.M.
