A. Contract: Insurance Archaeology, Forensic Accounting, Claims Management
Staff is seeking approval of a contract with Restorical Research, LLC in an amount not to
exceed $300,000 for insurance archaeology, forensic accounting, and claims management
services to investigate old policy coverage on environmental cleanup.
Committee Recommendation
Unanimous approval. Forward to May 5, 2025 Regular Consent Agenda.
B. Contracts: Permitting, Tax, Budget, Transparency Technology Solutions
Staff is seeking approval of a contract with SmartGov to replace the city's permitting system
for an annual software cost of $38,571 and a one-time data migration fee of $64,767. Staff is
also seeking approval of a contract with OpenGov for Enterprise Resource Planning software
at an annual cost of $143,500 and one-time deployment fee of $116,860.
