Between the City of Tukwila and Anchor QEA
That portion of Contract No. 25-035 between the City of Tukwila and Anchor QEA is hereby
amended as follows:
Section 2. Scope of Services. The Consultant agrees to perform the services, identified
on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, including the provision of all labor, materials, equipment and
supplies.
Section 4. Payment. The Consultant shall be paid by the City for completed work and for
services rendered under this Agreement as follows:
A. Payment for the work provided by the Consultant shall be made as provided on Exhibit
B" attached hereto, provided that the total amount of payment to the Consultant shall not
exceed $468,201.00 without express written modification of the Agreement signed by the
City.
All other provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect.

South 104th Street Shoreline Restoration and Duwarnish Hill
This amendment has been prepared to add a contingency in the amount of $15,000 as Task 4 to the
South 104th Street Shoreline Restoration and Duwamish Hill Preserve Phase 3 project contract. This
contingency will allow Anchor QEA and subconsultants to respond to minor requests for additional
services. The addition of this contingency brings the total contract amount to $468,201.00 for all
tasks.

Contingency Authorization for Added Survey
Dear Mr. Perfetti,
Anchor QEA is requesting authorization to allocate $6,905 of the Task 4, $15,000 contingency (see
Table 1) for additional survey work. The survey will cover two parcels adjacent to the Duwamish Hill
Preserve that are in the process of being acquired by the City. The additional survey will include road
rights-of-way, man-made surface features, limits of vegetation, trees 6" DBH or larger, overhead
utility lines, underground utilities from painted locates, and topography from LIDAR. The
supplemental survey will be integrated into the previously scoped survey to be used as a basemap
for conceptual design. This work will not affect the overall project schedule.
The proposed fee for the additional survey work includes:
• Anchor QEA contracting and coordination support for the additional work.
• Fieldwork and mapping of the additional area as described in Attachment 1 from Anchor
QEA's subconsultant, KPG Psomas.
