Amendment #1
Between the City of Tukwila and Mike Gervais (DBA Mikey the Rad Scientist)
That portion of Contract No. 25-115 between the City of Tukwila and Mike Gervais (DBA Mikey the
Rad Scientist) is hereby amended as follows:
Section 2:
Section 2 is hereby amended to change the performance date from August 6th, 2025 to July
10th, 2025 with the same timeframe.

Section 4 is hereby amended to change the start and end dates of the agreement to July
10th, 2025.
Exhibit A:
Exhibit A is hereby amended as attached.
All other provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect.
