CONTRACT FOR SERVICES
Amendment # 1
Between the City of Tukwila and New Covenant Pentecostal Church
That portion of Contract No. 25-050 between the City of Tukwila and New Covenant Pentecostal Church is hereby
amended as follows:
Section 2:
Total amount to be paid shall not exceed $139,000
Section 4:
Shall be in full force ending December 31, 2025, unless sooner terminated under the provisions hereinafter specified.
Exhibit A:
* The contractor and the City agree to a bed night rate of $87 per bed night.
All other provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect.
