CALL TO ORDER
Mayor McLeod called the Special Meeting of the Tukwila City Council to order at 5:30 Phis
ROLL CALL
May 6, 2025
Andy Youn-Barnett, City Clerk, caIId the roil of the Council, Present at the meeting were Council
President Tosh Sharp (on -site); Armen Papyan (on -site), Dennis Martinez (on -site) Hannah Hedrick
(virtual), and Verna Seat (on -site),
MOVED BY PAPYAN, SECONDED BY MARTINEZ TO EXCUSE THE ABSENCE OF
COUNCILMEMBER MCCONNELL, MOTION CARRIED 5-0,
Mayor McLeod called for a motion to excuse Councilrnember Abdils absence, No motion was made,

EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor McLeod announced the Council will now go into an Executive Session to discuss;
Potential Litigation — Pursuant to RCA! 42,30:110(1)W. (60 minutes)
The total amount of time will be no more than 60 minutes, and no decisions wilt be made during the
Executive Session, No action wi be required in the Open Meeting after the Executive Session has
concluded,
