to order by Mayor Walkup with the following Councilmen present:
Eli Thomsen, August Thies, J. S. Storey.
The report of the water superintendent was read and approved.
The treasurer's report was reed and approved.
Upon motion the following bills were approved:
Current expense fund:

On motion Mr. Brewer will be allowed to use the Tukwila garbage
dump for the disposition of garbage collected within the limits
of the Town of Tukwila provided he assist in keeping same covered
with dirt and in a sanitary condition.
On motion the clerk was instructed to investigate drains emptying
directly into the guttersadjoining the streets.
Council adjourned at 8:20 P.M.
