AN ORDINANCE Relating to torn offices and providing for
combining the office of clerk with that of treasurer.
WHEREAS,Chapter 58, Laws of 1945. authorizes the office
of town clerk to be combined with that of town treasurer;
and the town council is desirous of providing for such combination:
NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN OF TUKWILA
Section 11.. That on and after the 4th day of June 1945
the office of town clerk shall be combined with that of town
treasurer; and thereupon the town treasurer shall exercise
all the powers vested in and perform all the duties required
to be performed by the town clerk;; and on and after said date :..:
the office clerk shall be abolished.
Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect as
provided by law.
