to order by ?mayor Walkup wit h the fol :owing Councilmen present:
S. R. Naylor, S. J. Storey, August Thies, Eli Thomsen.
The report of the water superintendent was read and approved.
The Treasurer's report was read and approved.
Mod seconded, carried the following bil-s were approved:
Current expense fund:

Community Club of Tukwila, Hall rent 1.50

A letter was read from Ili.. B. A. Foreman reducing the rent of
the hall to )2.00.
There was a general discussion relative to oilin the streets
this summer. It was the general opinion that t he Town would
bear a portion of the expense provided the property owners
benefited would bear about half of the cost.. The clerk was
instructed to get the opinion of tie property owners.
Moved, seconded, carried that Nhyor Walkup be sent as a delegate
to the association of Wash. Cities Convention in Tacoma and that
he be allowed expenses.
