In the event of any inconsistencies in the terms, provisions and conditions of the Community
Partner Agreement between the Community Partner and KABOOM! and this Addendum the
terms, provisions and conditions of this Addendum shall govern.
Addendum to the Community Partner Agreement between the City of Tukwila and KABOOM!
executed on June 6, 2025
This addendum confirms the name of the Funding Partner. The Funding Partner is Delta Air
Lines, Inc.
This addendum confirms the change in the build date that was originally put forth. The Build
Date will take place on September 27, 2025
By signing this Agreement, both parties agree that each has read and understands this
Addendum in its entirety.
