to order by Mayor Walkup with the following Councilmen present:
J. R. Naylor, A. E. Hull, August W. Thies, Eli Thomsen, S. 3. Storey.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and apppoved.
The report of the water superintendent was read and approved.
The Treasurer's report was read and approved.
Moved, seconded, carried that the following bill be approved and paid.
Current expense fund:
R. E. Latimer, Sal. Clerk 10.00
Lois T. Newton, Sal. Treas. 6.25
B. A. Foreman, Hall rent 2.00
J. 0. Bowles co., Floor drain 3.08

Mir. Waltz appeared before the Council and requested a reduction in
license fee on pin ball machine located in his place of business due
to the fact that same was not paying expenses.
Moved, seconded, carried that tax on pin ball machines in the Town of
Tukwila be reduced to 02.00 per month starting August 1, 1938.
Council adjourned at 8 :47 P. M.
