PROJECT: City of Tukwila - Support Services Proposal —Quarterly and hourly Rates
Scope of Work
The scope of work is to provide quarterly onsite, system checks, updates, troubleshoot and correct any
known issues, etc. This would include anything related to the SCADA/PLC and intercom. RFID card
readers and most camera issues are excluded in that these are a Johnson Controls Inc. governed system,
however, included in this scope would be assistance in identifying the issue and make recommendations
on corrective path.
These four planned trips to the Justice center would occur every 3 months ensuring proper operation of
the security system originally implemented in 2019/2020. Since these are intended to be "day" visits,
the expectation is checkup of the system in general (CPU stats, Hard drive, alarm logs, etc.). These
planned visits are not intended to modify or make major changes to gates/doors/intercom or
operational changes as this would fall under the hourly rates as it would require additional time.
Proposed Services
1. Support Setup
To effectively execute this Support Contract, an initial project setup and site visit it will be
important for Verus to gather current information, documentation, and programs for the
Tukwila Justice Center. Our team will spend one day on site to complete the setup process.
Initial trip is considered 1 of 4 visits to the Justice Center.
2. Quarterly Service Trip.
Once a quarter on an agreed upon date, Verus will plan for a day visit to check the PLC health,
Wonderware SCADA system, complete a communication check to all intercoms as well as check
all door locks and if allowed test the fire evacuation routes. 4 trips to the Tukwila Justice Center
are included in this fixed pricing.
