This serves as an amendment (this "Amendment") to the Community Partner Agreement, dated
May 6, 2025 (as amended, the "Agreement"), between The City of Tukwila and KABOOM! Inc. In
the event of any inconsistencies between the Agreement and this Amendment, this Amendment
shall govern. Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective
meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement.
The Community Partner wishes to fund additional playground equipment and related surfacing
material to the Project totaling an additional contribution in the amount of $36,500. This amount
shall be due within ten (10) business days of invoice receipt.
Each party has all requisite power and authority, including any necessary approval by its
governing body, to execute and deliver this Amendment and to perform its obligations hereunder.
This Amendment is deemed an amendment of the Agreement, which otherwise remains in full
force and effect. This Amendment may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be
deemed an original, and all of which shall constitute one and the same document.
By signing this Amendment, both parties agree that each has read and understands this
Addendum in its entirety.
