order by Mayor Walkup with the following Councilmen present:

Minutes of the previous meeting were reed and approved.
The report of the water supt. was read and approved.
The Treasurer's report was read and apnroved.

Motion made and seconded that the Town pay annual service charge to
Association of Washington Cities, and Special Assessment of `_10.00. Carried.
Moved and seconded that the Clark notify Try. George Falk, Sub Zone Engineer
of the Works Progress Administration, that Mayor Walkup is the Sponsor's
representative on the project in T!akwila. Carried.
