order by Mayo r Walkup with the fo:owing Councilmen present:
August W. Thies, J. R. Naylor, S. J. Storey, A. E. Hull, Eli Thomsen.
Minutes of t e previous meeting were read and approved.
The report of the Water Supt. was read and approved.
The Treasurer's report was read and approved.
Moved, seconded,carried that the following bi1=_s be approved and paid.

Motion made that Mayor appoint committee to collect for sidewalks
on main street. Motion lost, no second.
A discussion fol -owed regarding the advisibility of reducing the water
rates, but the general opinion was that no reduction should be made
at th$a time. There was no motion.
Council adjourned at 9 :35 P.M.
