• Amendment to Agenda Approved: Black History Month Presentation
Commissioners watched the video presentation created by city staff.
• Resolution 1970 — City's Commitment to Being Diverse, Tolerant and Inclusive
Commissioners reviewed the resolution from 2019. After discussion about the history
and context, it was decided that CM McConnell is to reintroduce the resolution at the
Council Meeting on Monday, February 10 as a Miscellaneous item. Further discussion
followed about strategies in other areas. Commissioners recommended a statement on
the City website and disseminating information.

Commissioners tabled discussion due to lack of time.
