To apply for said Permit, new plans must be submitted due to the remodel of the interior / exterior of the house. Plans must include, but not limited to the following: a. Structural Engineer plans / reports may be required if there was any construction / remodeling of the roof, foundation, load bearing walls, or any other work performed that will require a Structural Engineer plans /reports.
