PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City of Tukwila Planning Commission will hold a virtual / in -person public
hearing at 6:30 p.m. on August 28, 2025, to discuss the following:
CASE NUMBER: L25-0086
PURPOSE: Amendments to Tukwila's zoning code relating to the Regional Commercial and
Neighborhood Commercial Center zoning districts, the table of allowed uses, the
minimum parking requirements, the multi -family and mixed -use design standards,
the adoption of a development incentive program, standards for co -living housing,
and changes to the locations where marijuana retailers may be permitted.
LOCATION: City -Wide
THE MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED ELECTRONICALLY AND IN -PERSON FOR THE PUBLIC, AT,
6200 Southcenter Blvd, Tukwila, WA 98188
Those wishing to provide public comments will have the opportunity to deliver comments via email,
verbally via telephone, in -person, or online during the meeting:
Written Comments: All written comments received by email to Isaac.Gloor@TukwilaWA.gov prior to
5:00 p.m. on August 28, 2025, will be acknowledged during the meeting by City staff,
Verbal Comments: Sign up to verbally deliver your comments during the meeting by emailing
