April 1, 1940
The regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila was
called to order at 8 :00 P. M. by Mayor J.P. Walkup with the follow-
ing Councilmen present.

Minutes of the last meeting was read and approved.
Report of the Treasurers was read and approved.
Report of the Water Supt. Was read and approved.
Moved seconded and carried that the following bills be paid.
CURRENT WATER FUND
Lois T. Newton (Water Coll,Salary for Feb. 5.00
R. J. Ives(Salary of water 3iipt Fstage Feb. 31.63
CURRENT WATER FUND
H.J. Ives (street supt salary and exp. for Feb. 35.50

Claude Iten(Gravel delivered and spread on roads 61.50

Mr. Naylor made a report on the easement on Bergs
property.
Moved seconded and carried that the clerk write Mr.
Conway of Puget SOund Power and Light Co. on the
drainage under there right away.
The council was instructed by the Mayor look into the
matter of garbage disposal.

Moved seconded -and carried that the road and water line
be put through Mr. Clarks Land.
Moved second and carried that the interest and penalties
be cancelled on Mr. Davis property if principal is paid in
cash.
