Report of the Treasurers was read and approved.
Report of the water Supt. was read and approved.
Moved seconded and carried that the following bills be approved
and id.

Atlas Concrete Pipe co. sewer pipe
R.J. Ives street supt. and expence
Foster Garage repairs services

Mr. Walkup gave a interesting report on the convention held in
Everett.
Disscussion on the Sewer ditcher on Main street were discussed.

The first fiscal meeting for the year June 1940 to June 1941
of the Town ouncil was called to order by Mayor J. P:.. alkup
at 9 :30 P.M. with the following council men present
Eli Thompson, Carl Lee and council men elect J.R. Naylor
and D.S. Dugan.
Mayor W alkup administered the oath of Treasurer to Lois T.
Newton oath of -%lerk to R.J. Ives.
Moved Seconded and carried that a concrete retaining wall be put
by Mr. DZssys property.
Mayor Walkup appointed the Following committee chairmen.
Finance Roads Water
J.K. Jaylor E Thompson Qarl Lee
July 1, 1940
Parks and playground
D.S. Dugan
Health and sanitation
Mr. Ed. George
R.J. Ives
Mr. Walkup appointed street and water Supt. temporary.
Moved seconed and carried the Town go ahead with the oiling
program using a oil of a permanent nature.
