order at. :30 o'clock P.M. by Mr J.R.Naylor in the abs e.naa
of Mayor Walkup.Following Councilmen were present,

Minutes; of previous meeting and also minutes of emergency
meeting were read and approved as read.
Current bills were read and a motion was made and carried
that they be paid.
