The fallowing councilmen were present,
J:.R.Naylor, Eli Thomsen, Carl Lee, Ed George.
Minutes o:f previous meeting were read and approved.
Current bills were real and a motion was made that they be
paid.

Treasurers report was read and accepted.
Water Superintendent was read and placed on file.
Mr. Brewer reported on the grader and a letter was read from
the Howard Cooper Corporation in regards the one thay have
for sale. Mr Thomsen made a favorable inspection.
A motion was made and seconded to buy this grade with the
provision it be put in good repair and a. satisfactory demonstration
be made on our awn streets:. A roll was called
with these replies,
Naylor yes. Thomsen yes. Lee yes. Gerge yes.
Clerk was asked to inform the Cooper Corporation of the
decision. Also to communicate with the Highway department as to the
legality to buy on a rental basis:,
A motion was made and carried that the Town accept the proposal
of Mr Wade to install a water line to his property.
The Town to be reLd ursed for the cost of the. pipe.
Mr Walkup announced the siren had arrived and Mr Brewer was
asked, to see about installing..
A motion was made we adjourn at 9;45 P.M.
