The following Co were present, J.R..Naylor,, Carl Lee, Ed Ggorge.. Minutes of precious meeting were read and approved. Current bills were read and a notion made that they be paid. Water Superintendent report read and placed on file. A motion was made by Mr Naylor,and seconded by :Jr Lee, that theTreasurer be authorized to purchase $40.00.00 worth of War Savings, Bonds if legally possible. Carried. Water connections were then talked over and clerk was asked to rewrite a portion of the Water Ordinance gov- erning the sale, of water to dwellings The Water Ordinance was investigated and found to cover all points at questioa? Resolution 58 clearing the Bouker property,,was read.A motion was made. by Mr Naylor and sec. by Mr George that it be signed by Mayor Walkup and the clerk as requested. Mr Brewer was given prmissirn to buy gas. for his car and include same in regular hill. Mr Fouty ,,Air Raid Warden, gave, a talk and asked the clerk to post notic :es of a meeting to call for volunters as Wardens in different parts of Town. A motion was made aid- by .,fir Naylor and sec. by Mr George. to cancel Mr SerJ ins water. bill, as the when requested Mr Brewer was asked to purchase sore fine the Bluff Street road to make it suitable.
