the Town Council was called to order by Mayor Walkup at 813.5 P.M.
with the following councilmen present;
J.R.Naylor, Ed George, and Councilman elect Stan Minkier.
Mayor Walkup administered oath of office to Mr Minkler.and Mr
George as caunclImen for to year term.
Ur SChulta was appointed tto replace: Mr Thomsen and oath of Office
was administered by Mayar Walkup.
Council adjourned at 9 aTclacke
