CONTRACT FOR SERVICES
Amendment #25-238
Between the City of Tukwila and Low Income House Institute (LIHI)
That portion of Contract No. 25-238 between the City of Tukwila and Low Income Housing Institute
(LIHI) is hereby amended as follows:
Section 2. Compensation and Method of Payment* The not to exceed amount is
increased from 46,575 to a new not exceed amount of $59,575.00.
SeClion,4. Duration of Agreerne t,, The ending date of the Agreement is modified from
September 30, 2025 to October 31, 2025.
Exhi bit "A":, Exhibit "A" of the Agreement is modified to include electrical work as outlined
below:
Design and management costs related to an Application for Electrical Service to Seattle City
Light to support the proposed tiny home village at the Church by the Side of the Road.
All other provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect.
