I am in receipt of letters from Bill Rambo, permit tech, that the above permit will expire on 4-21-20 and that there are outstanding comments. 1 am asking for an extension to this permit for the following reasons: 1. Construction of the CO2 tank has been delayed by contractor and other work at the plant 2. There has been a hold up of work at the plant due to the pandemic issues going on to keep the plant staff safe. These issues are being resolved but construction will not be completed nor inspections called for before the expiration date. I believe these are adequate to allow for the extension of the permits.
