Authorize the Mayor to sign a grant agreement with the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) for the Commute Trip Reduction (CTR) Program for 2025-2027 in the amount of $103,200.00. Authorize the Mayor to sign a grant agreement with the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) for the Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Regional Mobility Grant Program for 2025-2029 in the amount of $416,000.00 per biennium.
