Mayor McLeod called the Special Meeting of the Tukwila City C uncil to order at 9:04 p,m,

a. Approval of Minutes, 808/25 (Regular MIlig)
11 Award a bid and authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with Olson Brothers Excavation, Inc. for the
Gilliam Creek Culvert Erosion Repair in the amount of $346,606.55 (plus contingency),

c. Award a bib and authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with Flowline, LLP for the 2025 Annual Small
Drainage project in the amount of $352,692 90 (plus contingency).

PRESENTATION
Council candidate Interviews for Position #6.
Laurel Humphrey, Legislative Analyst, outlined the process for candidate interviews as follows. the City
Council accepted applications for Tukwila City Council Position #G through August 15, 2025 at 5:00 pm.,
and of the eleven received, eight advanced to the interview stage, with two applicants withdrawing,
The following applicants were escorted into the Council Chamber and interviewed in the following
randomized order:
