ORDINANCE NO. 435
AN ORDINANCE providing for investigation fees of construc-
tion, maintenance or repair work pursuant to permits, licenses or
franchises within the City of Tukwila.
The City Council of the City of Tukwila do ordain as follows:
Section 1: Anyone doing construction, maintenance or re-
pair work pursuant to a permit, license or franchise within the
City of Tukwila shall pay into the City Treasury such amounts as
in the judgment of the City Engineer, are reasonably necessary to
investigate any application for construction, maintenance or repair
work, to inspect such work, to secure proper field notes of the
location of said work, and to plat such location on the records
of the City of Tukwila, or for the inspection or reinspection of
the progress of the work during repair, maintenance or construction.
Section 2: This inspection fee shall be in addition to any
other fees required pursuant to ordinances of the City of Tukwila.
Section 3: Payment of said inspection fees shall be re-
quired before any construction, maintenance or repair work shall
be authorized by the City Engineer.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Tukwila this 2nd
day of August, 1965.
