1. Call to Order
Chairperson Terra Straight called the meeting to order at 10:05am.
2. Approval of Agenda
Jan Bolerjack motioned to approve the December 12, 2024 meeting agenda. Julie
Herdt seconded the motion. All in favor; motion carried.
3. Approval of Minutes
Marilyn Westman motioned to approve the October 17, 2024 meeting minutes. Jan
Bolerjack seconded the motion. All in favor; motion carried.
4. Update on 2025-26 Funding Cycle
Stacy Hansen shared that City Council approved the budget on December 6th. The
recommended funding allocations for 2025-2026 were presented to the Community
Services and Safety Committee on December 9th. Agencies that applied for 2025-2026
funding were notified by email of the outcome. 83 agencies applied; 37 programs will
be funded.

5. Discussion: 2025 Work Plan
Members discussed interests for 2025 meetings including presentations from newly -
funded agencies, legal organizations, and mental health co -responders working with
Tukwila PD. The board considered whether to visit programs in person and if a new
needs assessment should be completed.

Terra Straight adjourned the meeting at 12:37pm.
