1. Call to Order — Meeting called to order at 10:05am by Chair Terra Straight.
2. Approval of Agenda — Terra Straight motioned to approve the June 6, 2024 meeting
agenda. Andrew Hays seconded the motion. All in favor; motion carried.
3. Approval of Minutes — Terra Straight motioned to approve the May 16, 2024 meeting
minutes. Andrew Hays seconded the motion. All in favor; motion carried.
4. 2023-2024 RFP Review Session — All Members
Stacy Hansen reviewed the reading groups and schedule along with the board's
meeting norms. Board members reviewed and discussed RFP applications 1-14.
5. Information & Member Sharing —All Members
6. Adjournment — Meeting adjourned at 12:46pm.
