. Call to Order — Meeting called to order at 5:04pm by Chair Terra Straight.
2. Approval of Agenda — Andrew Hays motioned to approve the June 13, 2024 meeting
agenda. Julie Herdt seconded the motion. All in favor; motion carried.
3. Approval of Minutes — Andrew Hays motioned to approve the June 6, 2024 meeting
minutes. Julie Herdt seconded the motion. All in favor; motion carried.
4. 2023-2024 RFP Review Session —All Members
Stacy Hansen reviewed the reading groups and schedule along with the board's
meeting norms. Board members reviewed and discussed RFP applications 16-26.
5. Information & Member Sharing —All Members
