1. CaII to Order — Meeting called to order at 5:04pm by Chairperson Terra Straight.
2. Approval of Agenda — Julie Herdt motioned to approve the June 26, 2024 meeting
agenda. Jan Bolerjack seconded the motion. All in favor; motion carried.
3. Approval of Minutes — Julie Herdt motioned to approve the June 20, 2024 meeting
minutes. Jan Bolerjack seconded the motion. All in favor; motion carried.
4. 2023-2024 RFP Review Session — All Members
Stacy Hansen reviewed the reading groups and schedule along with the board's
meeting norms. Board members reviewed and discussed RFP applications 27-39.
5. Information & Member Sharing —All Members
6. Adjournment — Meeting adjourned at 6:59pm.
